Terms of Service
Effective June 29, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Sheetmaxx, a web application that helps upload, extract, review, and append form data to Google Sheets. By creating an account, using the service, or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information and to promptly update it when needed.
3. Google integrations
Sheetmaxx may connect to your Google account so you can choose spreadsheets, map columns, and append approved rows. You control whether to connect or disconnect Google access. Sheetmaxx only uses connected Google permissions to provide requested product features for files you choose for the app.
4. Customer content
You retain ownership of forms, documents, extracted data, spreadsheet mappings, and other content you upload or process. You grant Sheetmaxx permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content as needed to provide and improve the service.
5. Human review and accuracy
Sheetmaxx uses automated extraction tools that may produce incomplete, inaccurate, or uncertain results. You are responsible for reviewing extracted data before relying on it or appending it to a spreadsheet.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Sheetmaxx to break the law, violate third-party rights, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, overload infrastructure, or process content you do not have the right to use.
7. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through our payment processor. Fees, usage limits, renewal terms, and available features are shown at checkout or in the product. Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
8. Service changes and availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We work to keep Sheetmaxx reliable, but the service is provided without any guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Sheetmaxx is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities.
10. Termination
You may stop using Sheetmaxx at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, or fail to pay required fees.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continued use of Sheetmaxx after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms may be sent through Sheetmaxx support or through PDX Intelligence.
